Fishing at Jennette’s Pier, OBX, NC

A group of folks from our church went fishing this afternoon at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head, NC.  Blue fish, spot, grey trout, and whiting were all caught. The weather was perfect. Temperatures were in the low 70s. The air and sun were warm and there was a pleasant breeze.

The pier has several wind turbines that generate electric power.

A view looking south off of the pier towards South Nags Head.

And if you are interested in more information about Jennette’s Pier or paying it a visit yourself, here is a link to their website: http://www.jennettespier.net/
