Use your imagination. Picture a Christmas wreath near the top of a street light pole with a sailboat in the middle of it. That’s what you are seeing. Unfortunately the image is not such good quality, as it was taken by a cell phone camera.
Now that your imagination is working so well, picture a sailboat (moth boat) near the top of a light pole on a downtown street.
Our family went to the Elizabeth City downtown Christmas light illumination on Friday evening. The sailboat wreaths on each of the downtown light poles is very picturesque. Christmas music, hot chocolate, sleigh rides (plus wheels) and other fine things took place that fine night, and we were there for it!
